Introducing Forge
Generic training programs assume your body recovers like everyone else’s. They don’t account for how last night’s sleep affects today’s capacity, how your work stress depletes your ability to handle training load, or how your actual schedule determines when you can realistically train. The mismatch between standardized fitness plans and individual recovery is why most programs either leave gains on the table or push you into overtraining.
Today we are launching Forge, a personalized fitness agent that builds training programs from your biomarkers, behavioral patterns, and real-world schedule. Forge is available for free at moccet.ai/forge.
How Forge works
Forge begins by understanding your training history. A conversation about your experience level, past programs, injuries, equipment access, and goals gives the system the context it needs. From there, Forge connects to the data sources that reveal your actual readiness to train.
Connect your wearables—Oura, WHOOP, Apple Health, Garmin—and Forge analyzes your HRV, resting heart rate, sleep quality, and recovery scores. Link your calendar and Forge understands when you can actually train: which days are realistic, how long you have, and when travel or commitments make workouts impossible. Connect your email and Forge identifies patterns in your routine that affect training availability.
This integration means Forge builds programs around your real capacity and real constraints, not theoretical ideals.
Training matched to recovery
Traditional programs assign fixed workouts to fixed days. Monday is chest, Wednesday is legs, regardless of whether your body is ready for that stimulus. Forge operates differently. The system checks your recovery markers before recommending intensity.
If your HRV is suppressed and sleep quality was poor, Forge scales back intensity or suggests active recovery instead of the planned session. If your recovery scores are elevated and you have capacity to spare, Forge increases training stimulus to capture adaptation you’d otherwise miss. Every workout recommendation reflects your current physiological state, not just your calendar position in a program.
This approach maximizes training effectiveness while minimizing injury risk. You train hard when your body can handle it and recover when it needs to.
Programs that fit your actual life
A training program you can’t follow is useless. Forge builds around your real constraints. If your calendar shows you have 45 minutes on Tuesday mornings and 90 minutes on Saturdays, the system designs sessions that fit those windows. If you’re traveling with only hotel gym access, Forge adjusts exercise selection accordingly.
Forge understands that fitness happens in the context of a life. The system accounts for your equipment availability, time constraints, training preferences, and schedule variability. Every session is something you can actually complete, designed for the resources you actually have.
Adapts as your life changes
Your recovery capacity isn’t constant. Work stress, sleep disruption, travel, illness, and life demands all affect how much training load you can absorb. Forge continuously monitors these patterns through your connected wearables and adjusts programming in response.
Heavy week at work with elevated stress markers? Forge reduces volume and prioritizes movement quality over intensity. Coming off a vacation with strong recovery scores? The system increases training stimulus to drive adaptation. Dealing with a minor injury? Forge works around the affected area while maintaining fitness in other domains.
This adaptive approach means your program evolves with your life. You don’t need to manually deload or guess when to push harder. Forge handles the complexity, giving you daily workout recommendations calibrated to your current state.
Evidence-based programming
Every exercise selection, set and rep scheme, and periodization structure in Forge is grounded in sports science and training research. The system applies established principles—progressive overload, specificity, recovery management—personalized to your individual response patterns.
Forge supports multiple training goals and methodologies: strength development, hypertrophy, endurance, sport-specific preparation, and general fitness. The system respects your training preferences while optimizing stimulus and recovery for your stated objectives.
Completely free
Forge is free for everyone. Connect your wearables, answer questions about your training history, and receive personalized programs built from your actual data. No subscription required, no premium tier for better recommendations.
We believe intelligent training should be accessible to anyone willing to share the data that makes it possible. Your biomarkers and behavioral patterns are the input. Adaptive, personalized programming is the output.
Start with Forge
The gap between following a program and training intelligently for your body has always been too wide. Forge closes that gap by combining training science with your personal biometric data and real-world schedule.
Stop following generic templates built for average bodies with average recovery. Start training in a way that reflects how your body actually responds.
